Jim McNally, who's widely regarded as one of the top NFL offensive line coaches in the country, will host a Texas Football Masters offensive line clinic April 4 and 5 at the Westchase Marriott in Houston. The O-line guru has 28 years of experience in the NFL with the Buffalo Bills, Carolina Panthers, New York Giants and Cincinnati Bengals, where he spent 14 years and developed Hall of Fame tackle Anthony Munoz. The Woodlands' Sterling Scott recently won the prestigious National Leadership Grant, which is sponsored by National Collegiate Scouting Association Athletic Recruiting and the NFL Players Association. The Leadership Grant, which goes to a select few student-athletes across the country in all sports, is awarded based on community leadership, academic achievement, athletics and a written essay. Wendy's is accepting applications for the annual Wendy's High School Heisman Award, which honors student-athletes for their academic achievement, community service and athletic prowess.
