UK relaunches $1.6 billion pound carbon capture tender

LONDON (Reuters) - Britain relaunched on Tuesday a 1 billion pound ($1.6 billion)competition for one or more power plants to capture and store carbon (CCS), five months after the government's first attempt to finance the technology failed due to spiraling costs.
