Parbolic SAR

The parabolic SAR or parabolic stop and reversal combine both time and price to generate buy sell signals for the trader. This indicator was created by technician Welles Wilder who also created the relative strength index. This indicator keeps track of trends in market prices, either up or down, and documents it for the trader to follow and gives information based on the assumption that time is not a favorable asset for the trader.
