McClelland will review policy for officers? uniforms worn off-duty
Houston Police Chief Charles McClelland said on Thursday that he has a "valid concern" about the number of uniformed HPD officers who attended the trial to support former officer Andrew Blomberg, adding he plans to address the issue.
